What is the difference between the HAG Capisco models?

The Capisco 8106 and 8107 feature a fully upholstered seat and backrest, offering a softer, more premium feel. The Capisco Puls 8010 and 8020, by contrast, have a plastic backrest with a partially upholstered seat, making them a lighter and more minimalist option.

Norwegian designer Peter Opsvik created the HÅG Capisco 8106 in 1984 to redefine sitting at work. Instead of one fixed posture, the chair encourages movement and variation, making it a true ergonomic office chair. Today, the HÅG Capisco 8106 is one of the most iconic office chairs in Europe.

Which gas lift should I choose?

- Low Gas Lift 150 mm (Seat Height 41-55 cm): Ideal for individuals up to 165 cm tall. Not suitable for sit-stand workstations and does not come with a foot ring.

- Standard Gas Lift 200 mm (Seat Height 47-65 cm): Recommended for persons between 165 and 185 cm tall. Compatible with standing desks and can be equipped with a foot ring for additional comfort.

- High Gas Lift 265 mm (Seat Height 56-79 cm): Best suited for individuals taller than 185 cm, or for use with fixed desks higher than 90 cm. In the latter scenario, a foot ring is advised to ensure optimal sitting posture.

Which wheels should I choose?

Choose wheels for hard floors if your flooring is wood, tile, or laminate. Opt for wheels for soft floors if you have carpet. If you have mixed flooring or frequently switch between hard and soft surfaces, universal wheels are the best choice.
