The HÅG Tribute Meeting 9073 brings the Tribute's high, S-curved back with its extra comfort layer to the meeting room. It swivels, rocks gently with HÅG inBalance®, has an adjustable lumbar cushion and tension for leaning back — without the task chair's extra controls. Choose a five-star base on castors or a four-star base on glides, armrests or none, fabric or leather. Built to order by Flokk in Røros, Norway, with a ten-year warranty.

The Tribute for the meeting room
Meeting chairs get sat in for an hour, not a day — so the 9073 keeps what matters for comfort (the high padded back, inBalance® movement, the lumbar cushion) and drops what nobody adjusts in a meeting. The result is calmer to look at and easier to live with around a table.
Seat height 38.5–52 cm on the 150 mm gas lift; swivel; inBalance® with adjustable backwards tilt tension; adjustable lumbar cushion. The back is the same high back as the 9021 — the two even share the replacement part.

The three Tributes at the same scale. All three share the same high, S-curved back with the extra comfort layer; the 9031 adds an adjustable headrest, and the 9073 trades the task mechanism for a simpler meeting chair on a smaller base. Compare all three side by side.
How it works
Comfort for the length of a meeting
HÅG inBalance® — gentle movement around the table
The 9073 rocks forwards and backwards around a central pivot, so you can lean in to the table and sit back to listen without the chair resisting you. The backwards tension is adjustable — firm for a boardroom, softer for long workshops.
The same S-curved back as the task chairs
High, padded with the Tribute's extra comfort layer and shaped to follow the spine, with an adjustable lumbar cushion. It is literally the same back as the 9021.
Swivel, and nothing else to explain
Seat height and back tension are the only adjustments most people ever need in a meeting, so the 9073 has no seat-depth slide or tilt lock to confuse a visitor.
About the four-star base
Flokk is taking the Ø785 mm four-star base (on glides) out of production during 2026, and supplies it while stock lasts. If you want a matching set on glides, order them together; the five-star Ø650 mm base on castors stays in the range.
Materials
Fabric or leather, and what it costs
Around a meeting table you see the backs of the chairs as much as the fronts, and the 9073 is upholstered on both. The configurator offers the five families below; dozens more are available on request — ask us for samples to match a room.
- Cura Loop (Gabriel) and Xtreme (Camira) — price group 1, included in the base price. Hard-wearing, mostly recycled polyester; Xtreme Black is the classic boardroom choice.
- Select (Gabriel) — group 2. A fine, dense weave in fifteen colours, from charcoal to glacier blue.
- Capture (Gabriel) — group 3. A textured melange with more depth than a plain weave, in ten colours.
- Paloma Soft (Wollsdorf) — group 6. Supple chrome-free leather in six colours, from black to cognac.
- Elmosoft (Elmo) — group 7. Elmo's semi-aniline leather, in black, dark brown and cognac: the Tribute at its most traditional.

A meeting chair should be simple to order. These are the choices that change it.

Environment
Flokk publishes an independently verified Environmental Product Declaration for the Tribute: 84.41 kg CO₂e per chair, 45.90 % recycled content by weight and 1,258 MJ of life-cycle energy, measured on the 9031 with TiltDown armrests. The chair is made in Røros, Norway, in an ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 plant. Back and seat are replaceable as complete parts, so a worn cover never means a new chair.
Lead times
Every Tribute is built to your specification after you order, so the covering you choose sets the wait:
- Not in the Quick-Ship programme — the 9073 is always built to order.
- Standard collection — 20–25 working days. Every fabric and leather in the configurator above is standard collection.
- Polished aluminium and larger orders can take a little longer; we confirm the date with your order.
Indicative delivery times including transport.
Warranty
- 10 years on the chair and accessories, in normal use up to nine hours a day.
- 5 years above nine hours a day, and in 24/7 use with an approved covering.
- 10 years on standard-collection fabrics and leathers in normal use.
Covers parts against material and manufacturing defects; labour and travel are chargeable. Full terms on the warranty page. The chair arrives flat-packed with a short assembly. For larger quantities or a specification outside the configurator, ask us for a quote, or see business clients.

Svein Asbjørnsen — sapDesign®
The Tribute is drawn by Svein Asbjørnsen, whose studio sapDesign® sits between the fjord and the mountains in Sykkylven — a Norwegian town that has built furniture for generations. It is made by Flokk in Røros, the same factory that builds the HÅG Capisco, Creed and SoFi.

What is the difference between the HÅG Tribute 9073 and the 9021?
The 9073 is the meeting version: the same high back, but a simpler mechanism (swivel, inBalance® with adjustable backwards tension, adjustable lumbar), a smaller Ø650 mm base or a four-star base on glides, and armrests as an option. The 9021 adds seat-depth adjustment, tilt lock, TiltDown™ armrests and an optional 200 mm lift.
Can the 9073 have armrests?
Yes — HÅG Executive armrests, adjustable in height and width, are an option. Without them the chair slides closer under a table.
Castors or glides?
Castors (five-star base) make it easy to move around a table; glides (four-star base, or on the five-star base) keep the chair where you put it. The four-star base is supplied while stock lasts during 2026.
Can I mix fabrics around a table?
Yes. Every chair is built to order, so you can match a room exactly or alternate colours. Ask us for samples first.
Is the 9073 suitable as a desk chair?
For occasional use, yes. For all-day work we recommend the 9021 or 9031, which add seat-depth adjustment, a tilt lock and TiltDown™ armrests.
