Track My Order

Many of our products are made-to-order and therefore have longer lead times. We know you’re eager to know when your order will ship, so here’s everything you need to track its progress.


1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email

  1. Subject line:
    You’ll receive an email titled
    HÅG Office – Order XXXX confirmed
    where XXXX is your 4-digit order number.
  2. Find the “View your order status” button:
    In that email, click the "View your order status" button to open your personal order status page.

2. Your Online Order Status Page

Once you’ve clicked through, you’ll land on your order status page. This page will show:

  • Order details (model, configuration, quantity)
  • Estimated shipping window (for example, “Shipping expected between 26/06 – 01/07”)

3. When Your Order Ships

As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive:

  • An email notification confirming shipment
  • Tracking details so you can follow its journey to you

4. When to Contact Us

Please reach out if:

  • After 10 days from order placement, you still don’t see an estimated shipping date on your status page.
  • Your order has shipped, but the tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 7 days.
  • The latest expected shipping date has passed and your order has not yet shipped.
