Why does my order have a lead time?
Most chairs are made to order in Røros, Norway according to your chosen configuration.
Estimated production times may vary depending on the chosen fabric. You can view the expected lead times for each fabric option here.
When will I see an estimated shipping date?
Usually within 7-10 days after ordering.
My tracking has not updated?
International shipments can take several days between scans. Contact us if the tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 7 days.
Track My Order
Many of our products are made-to-order in the factory in Røros (Norway) and therefore have longer lead times. We know you’re eager to know when your order will ship, so here’s everything you need to track its progress.
1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email

You’ll receive an email titled: HÅG Office - Order #XXXX confirmed (Invoice) - whereXXXXis your 4-digit order number. -
Find the “View your order status” button:
In that email, click the "View your order status" button to open your personal order status page.

2. Your Online Order Status Page
Once you’ve clicked through, you’ll land on your order status page. This page will show:
- Order details (model, configuration, quantity)
- Estimated shipping window (for example, “Shipping expected between 19/05 – 25/05”)

3. When Your Order Ships
As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive:
- An email notification confirming shipment
- Tracking details so you can follow its journey to you
Tip: For international parcels, multiple carriers are often involved. To check which carrier is handling your delivery, enter your tracking number at https://parcelsapp.com/.
4. When to Contact Us
Please reach out if:
- After 10 days from order placement, you still don’t see an estimated shipping date on your status page.
- Your order has shipped, but the tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 7 days.
- The latest expected shipping date has passed and your order has not yet shipped.
