Your Right to Return
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason — provided the return complies with the terms outlined in our return policy.

You can return your order within 14 days after you received your order.
How to Return Your Order?

Just make sure to send us your return request before the 14-day period ends.
What Happens When You Return An Office Chair
Once we receive your returned office chair, we will issue a refund for the value of the chair. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be credited using the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund as long as you return the product in compliance with the guidelines outlined in our return policy.
Returning An Office Chair
- Please return the chair in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
- The return address is: HAG Europe, Tiensestraat 69, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium.
- You will need to cover the cost of returning the chair.
- You may contact us to request a return label. We may propose a return option with one of our logistic partners. If available, you can either use this option or organize the return with a provider of your choice.
- You are responsible for any loss in value of the chair if it has been used more than necessary to check its condition, features, and functionality.
We do not accept returns of the following products:
- Made-to-order chairs (products that are not supplied from stock);
- Sealed chairs that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- Chairs that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- Specially ordered items;
- Spare parts;
- Bulk orders;
- Showroom models.
Other considerations:
- If you'd like to order multiple products, consider testing one item first and ordering more later.
- For products without packaging or damaged products, a charge will be made to repair the damage or replace the parts.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded with a return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- A return is typically processed within 14 days after we receive the product. Once the returned product is inspected, the refund will be initiated. It may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund.
- During the trial period, we expect you to handle the order and packaging carefully. If you still want to return the goods, you may only unpack and use them in accordance with the described terms.
- The return package must be received by us within 14 days of your return notification. Use the original packaging and the return label received via email. Request your return label via info@hag-office.com.
- If you return goods, you are responsible for transportation. If they are lost or damaged during transport, we cannot compensate you.
